ReplyWithCare provides digital SaaS (Software as a Service). There are no physical goods to be shipped. Access to Pro features is granted instantly upon successful payment.
2. Refund Terms
We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund policy for your first subscription payment if you are not satisfied with the quality of our AI responses.
To request a refund, please email care@replywithcare.com with your registered email address and transaction ID.
3. Refund Processing
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days.
4. Cancellations
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time by emailing us at care@replywithcare.com. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
